IPCECONTROL S.A.S. is a young company founded in the city of La Libertad, Ecuador, focused on customer satisfaction through the provision of high-quality services in Design and Engineering, Construction, and Project Development within the Energy, Oil, LPG Facilities, and Mineral Processing Plant sectors.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

The purpose of this Policy is to establish the requirements under which each member of IPCE&CONTROL S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as IPCE) must handle information generated within the organization, ensuring its protection and preventing unauthorized disclosure to third parties, which could jeopardize the achievement of the Company’s objectives.
Confidential information includes:

Internal information explicitly declared as confidential, as well as third-party information provided to IPCE under a confidentiality agreement.
Data belonging to employees, suppliers, and third parties related to IPCE that have not been publicly disclosed by the data owners.
Documentation related to the activities of the different departments within IPCE that has not been publicly released by those departments.
